This is the pattern for the morning coat, which was highly requested.

It features a simple line swallowtail design without darts, making it ideal as a base material.

While it comes with welt pockets, if you choose not to use them, you can easily create dummy pockets.

Although the lining pattern is not included, it's possible to create a lining pattern using the facing lines.

After printing, paste it according to the pasting line,Cut and use.

The pattern has a seam allowance, so it can be used as is.

The production process is explained with translation software.

* When attaching the lining, cut it along the seam allowance (S/A) line of the "facing" with a seam allowance (S/A) of 1cm (0.5in) to create the lining pattern.

(1) Create a Welt pocket on the "Body".

How to sew Welt pocket

* If a "pocket" is not required, please attach a Fake pocket instead.

(2) Serge/overlock and stitch together the shoulder and side of the "Front bodice" and "Back bodice," and press open the seam allowance with an iron.

How to Serge/overlock (sewing machine & overlock sewing machine)

(3) Serge/overlock the "Back bodice" center and stitch up to the Sewing stop position, then press open the seam allowance with an iron.

(4) Apply fusible interlining to the front and back of the "facing," stitch them together, split them with an iron, and then Serge/overlock.

(5) Stitch the tailor Collar to the "Body" and "facing," press open the seam allowance with an iron, and notch.

(6) After Serge/overlocking the "Body" hem, stitch it to the "facing," turn it inside out, and adjust the tailor part.

(7) Fold the "Body" hem up by 1cm (0.5in) and sew it on a sewing machine.

(8) Serge/overlock the side and hem of the "Sleeve," stitch the sides together, and press open the seam allowance with an iron.

(9) Fold the "Sleeve" hem up by 1cm (0.5in) with an iron and sew it on a sewing machine.

(10) Attach the "Sleeve" to the "Body" and Serge/overlock the armhole.
