This hat design was created based on a customer request for a work-style cap with a rounded silhouette.
It is also recommended as a base for making your own original version of the hat.
To give the lines a soft, curved look, it is recommended to use fusible cotton interfacing and fabric with a slightly soft texture.
If you prefer a relaxed fit, try making one size larger.
Please use this as a base pattern for your own arrangement.
After printing, paste the sheets together along the alignment lines and cut them out. The seam allowances are already included in the pattern, so you can use it as is.
(1) Sew the brim pieces together, cut off the cutting line, turn it right side out, insert the brim interfacing, and shape it.
(2) Apply stiff fusible interfacing to the inner band, sew it into a loop, and press.
(3) Apply fusible interfacing to the side, sew the emblem or patch in place, then sew the side seams together to make a loop.
(4) Sew the top and side together, press the seam allowance open, topstitch, and trim off the extra seam allowance.
(5) Place the brim between the side and the inner band, then sew to secure.
