Here is the pattern for a Hanfu, which has been requested by many.
This is a simplified pattern for a Hanfu, suitable for cosplay, stage costumes, party costumes, etc., rather than an authentic one.
If you want to make an authentic one, please refer to specialized books on Hanfu.
It's designed to be simple.
It's highly recommended for casual wear as well, very comfortable.
The sleeve length, equivalent to the "yukitake" in a kimono, is slightly longer. If it feels too long, please adjust it before use.
After printing, paste it according to the pasting line,Cut and use.
The pattern has a seam allowance, so it can be used as is.

(1) Stitch the Back center line of the "Body" together, Serge/overlock the seam allowance (S/A), and press it flat with an iron.
How to Serge/overlock (sewing machine & overlock sewing machine)
(2) Attach the "OKUMI" to the "Body", Serge/overlock the seam allowance (S/A), and press it flat with an iron.
(3) Attach the "Sleeve" to the "Body", Serge/overlock the seam allowance (S/A), and press it flat with an iron.
(4) Serge/overlock from the front side of the "OKUMI" on the "Front bodice" side to the Lower sleeve edge of the "Sleeve" for hem, side, and "Sleeve".
(5) Serge/overlock from the Lower sleeve edge of the "Sleeve" on the "Back bodice" side to the side, back hem, side, and Lower sleeve edge.
(6) Make a string bag by sewing a string, turn it inside out, and shape it with an iron.
(7) Fold around the decorative "Collar" by 1cm (0.5in), and topstitch it at the decorative "Collar" position.
(8) Keep the "Collar" in a folded state with the center line dotted line and side dotted line folded by 1cm (0.5in).
(9) Fold the "Collar" in half along the center line with the wrong side together, insert the string at the string insertion position, stitch along the thick dotted line, turn it inside out, and shape it with an iron.
(10) Stitch the "Body" sides down to the Lower sleeve edge, and press the seam allowances open with an iron.
(11) Fold from the front side of the "OKUMI" to the hem inward by 1cm (0.5in) with an iron and sew it on a sewing machine.
(12) Sandwich the "Collar" between the "Body" and stitch it in place.
(13) Stitch around the Lower sleeve edge in a loop, divide the seam allowance, fold it by 1cm (0.5in), sandwich it with the "Sleeve", and stitch it in place.
