This is a pattern for a furisode with a slightly wider neckline.

Unlike typical furisode, it is designed with a wider neckline to be worn with the neck area more open.

Please note that the sleeve length has been made considerably shorter in this design.

The hem is designed to open towards the front, with the front part of the hem opening towards it.

This pattern includes only the kimono section.

Kindly note that the obi and obi sash have separate patterns, so please be aware of that.

After printing, paste it according to the pasting line,Cut and use.

The pattern has a seam allowance, so it can be used as is.

How to make Aladdin Pants

The production process is explained with translation software.

* This pattern is designed as a simplified version for cosplay costumes.

For making a more authentic kimono sleeve, please refer to specialized Japanese tailoring books.

Also, note that this is a simplified version and does not include lining.

(1) Stitch the back center line together, serge/overlock it, and press it flat with an iron.

(2) Serge/overlock the sides together and press open the seam allowance with an iron.

(3) Serge/overlock the hem circumference slightly above the collar attachment position, then fold it and stitch it with an iron.

(4) Apply fusible interlining to the collar interfacing, attach it to the collar, fold both sides at 15mm, and mark the center line fold beforehand.

* Finish the inner collar with the same process.

(5) Open up the folded collar, attach the inner collar, then sew the sides together, turn it inside out, align it with the collar attachment position, and attach it to the body while sandwiching it.

(6) Serge/overlock the perimeter of the small kimono sleeve, sew the lower edge of the sleeve, then attach the sleeve to the body.
