(1) Process 16 pieces of "gathered ruffle" with rolled hemming

(2) Sew each "gathered ruffle" into a loop shape

(3) Put gathers into each "gathered ruffle"

(4) Fold the fold lines of "[B]parts" and "[C]parts" in half with an iron

(5) Sew "[A]base", "[B]parts", and "[C]parts" together in a loop, trim the edges, and press the seam allowances with an iron

(6) Finish the hem of "[A]base" and finish the ends of "[B]parts" and "[C]parts"

(7) Secure the fold lines of elastic threading position on "[A]base" with an iron at two places

* Leave the part for threading the elastic open without sewing

(8) Attach "gathered ruffle" to both sides of "[B]parts" and "[C]parts"

(9) Attach 3 pieces of "gathered ruffle" to one piece of "[B]parts"

(10) Sew each part to "[A]base" in the order described in the [cross-section view] (1)-(5)

(11) Insert elastic into the elastic threading position
