This is a pattern for a lace-up vest.

It's designed with a princess line to fit snugly to the body.

This design would also be useful for Gothic Lolita and similar styles.

Although simple, the design is completed with three-dimensional cutting, making it an ideal base for customization.

After printing, paste it according to the pasting line,Cut and use.

The pattern has a seam allowance, so it can be used as is.

The production process is explained with translation software.

(1) Stitch together the "Front bodice", "Front bodice side", "Back bodice side", and "Back bodice".

(2) Press open the seam allowance with an iron and trim any excess fabric from the seam allowance.

(3) Stitch the Back center line, press open the seam allowance with an iron, and trim any excess fabric from the seam allowance.

(4) Similarly, join all pieces of the lining, split the seam allowance, and trim any excess fabric from the seam allowance.

(5) Align the right sides of the outer fabric and lining, then stitch them together with a French seam.

(6) Turn it inside out and use topstitching to settle the shape around the edges.

(7) Attach eyelets at designated positions and thread the cord through to complete.

* If you find undoing the lace-up part tedious, consider incorporating an open zipper along the Back center line.
